The concept of when "I change my mindset. I change my reality" comes from what is known as The Law of Assumption. This is a universal principle based on the belief that our consciousness is reality. By changing our mindset to the belief that we deserve the best, we can mold our reality and manifest our desires.




The Law Of Assumption


The Law of Assumption was taught by Neville Goddard (1905–1972). He was a philosopher that taught consciousness creates reality. Unlike the Law of Attraction, which suggests attracting things to you, Goddard’s approach focuses on embodying the state of having already received your desire. His teachings are rooted in the belief that imagination and assumption are the only forces shaping our reality.


Through his lectures and books, including The Power of Awareness and Feeling is the Secret, he conveyed that reality mirrors one's internal state of consciousness and that by adopting the feeling of the wish fulfilled, you align with your desired outcome.
